We are excited to announce that I will be appearing on the NHK E-Television program “Shumi Dokki! – Somemonogatari.”<\/p>\n

This is an 8-episode series about people who bring the natural dyeing process into their daily lives, creating colorful and vibrant days.
\nI, Maito Komuro, will be featured in one of the episodes, where I discuss my thoughts on craftsmanship and how I approach the colors of plants. I\u2019ll be talking in more detail about sakura dyeing as part of the series.<\/p>\n

\u3010Broadcast Schedule\u3011
\nEvery Wednesday at 9:30 PM to 9:54 PM, with a total of 8 episodes (24 minutes each).
\n\u203bThe episode will be re-broadcast the following week on E-Tele at 12:15 PM.<\/p>\n

\nJuly 26: Episode 8 – Yoshiko Yamamoto: “Yamabuki – Connecting the Colors Grown in the Field”<\/p>\n

In addition to the program, a special text booklet has been released.
\nThe booklet, available from May 25, features detailed content from the program. It also includes a suggestion for a simple natural dyeing project you can try at home, using onion skins.<\/p>\n
